Please join us for the second annual RIDEA Craft Beverage Festival on June 3rd, 2023!

Where: Isle Brewers Guild, Pawtucket RI

This non-profit festival plans to highlight women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ breweries, wineries, and spirits producers from RI and beyond. The funds raised by this festival will be donated to the JWU scholarship that helps people from diverse backgrounds pursue a career in the beverage industry.

The mission of the RIDEA (Rhode Island Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Action) Committee is to promote a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the RI beverage community.

The OSHC Awards Ceremony and Raffle will be held in the barn at The Guild, 461 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI, immediately following the competition in Providence. This event is free and open to the public, and benefits the Rhode Island Community Food Bank in that raffle tickets may be purchased, or earned by buying pints at the bar and for every non-perishable food item brought for the food bank.

Rhode Island’s premier competition for amateur beer, mead, and cider makers. This is the 10th annual (after a 3-year Covid pause) and all entry proceeds benefit the RIDEA scholarship at JWU. This year’s competition will be held at JWU with scenic views of Narragansett Bay from the 4th floor of the Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence. This event is not open to the public, but the awards ceremony following will be.
